È facile e veloce da montare, anche in presenza di passaruota stretti o di guida posteriore, e il fissaggio si trova nella parte anteriore della ruota. I test hanno dimostrato che padroneggia in modo eccellente la trazione, lo spazio di frenata, la scorrevolezza, la guida laterale e la durata. L'acciaio inossidabile a grana fine legato al cromo-manganese si adatta visivamente alle ruote in lega leggera e soddisfa gli standard più elevati. Il montaggio facile e veloce, la lunga durata grazie alla rete di scorrimento reversibile e la protezione delle ruote rendono la RUD-matic DISC la catena da neve ideale.
